Return/Cancellation Policy

Returns or cancellations for reasons other than warranty issues will be accepted within 15 days of original purchase or receipt of item, whichever is later. Returns must be requested in advance and assigned a Return Authorization Number. Customer to pay all shipping costs. Once item is received and examined, credit will be issued in the form of payment method on the original order. Items must be completely intact, in original packaging and resalable condition.

No returns will be accepted on items marked as "closeout".

Cancellations and Returns are subject to 15% return/restock fee.

Please note these exceptions to this return policy:

 

• Any tools purchased will be refunded for in-store credit only.
• Sales of counter-surveillance products are final. No returns accepted except in the case of defective product.
• Sales of all GPS trackers are final. No returns accepted except in the case of defective product.
• Sales of hidden camera products are final. No returns accepted except in the case of defective product.

Shipping

In addition to domestic carrier shipping, many items on this website are available for in-store pick-up as well. These items can be placed into your shopping cart and saved for will-call pick up at our store. For those items that are available for shipping, we can ship to virtually any address in the domestic Untied States. We are happy to ship internationally on a customer-provided UPS account. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery charges and dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Due to occasional inconsistencies with item weights and sizes, shipping charges and services ordered may be subject to change. We will always notify you before proceeding in this instance.
